We provide volunteering opportunities to better our local community. Friends of MSF UGA is grounded in volunteer work. We look to provide our members with volunteer opportunities both on campus and in partnership with other organizations in the area in order to serve and better the local community.

Fundraise

We fundraise for the MSF health professionals delivering care to people in need. This is a non-profit organization, and as such, all funds raised are contributed directly towards aiding healthcare professionals to continue giving the care that is needed.

Educate

We educate students about humanitarian issues around the globe and help connect students to speakers and each other in the healthcare field. As a student-centered organization, our goal is to give our members a wide variety of opportunities. These opportunities include seminars from guest speakers both in the healthcare field and other leadership roles in the community, case study events to promote problem-solving skills, and allowing members to get valuable team and leadership experience.
